Popcorn Caramel (soft)
- 1 pound(s) brown sugar (2 cups)
- 1 cup(s) Light Karo Syrup
- 1 can(s) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ½ cup(s) Margarine
Bring brown sugar and Karo syrup to a hard boil. Add milk and margarine. Cook to soft ball stage. (Very short cooking time!!) Stir constantly. Pour over popped popcorn (about 2 of the BIG tupperware bowls full) and stir well.
