Poppy Cheddar Moon Crackers

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ stick cold unsalted butter, cut into bits
  • 1 cup coarsely grated extra-sharp Cheddar (preferably orange)
