  • 2 dried red chillies

    • ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
    • 1 generous pinch of hing (asafoetida, perungaayam)
    • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp of oil
    • 1 strand of curry leaves
    • ¼ tsp of black mustard seeds
    • Salt to taste
