Portobello Panini Sandwich

Ingredients

• 4 strips roasted red pepper
• 1 tablespoon(s) hummus
• 2 slice(s) muenster cheese
• 1 tablespoon(s) basil mayo
• BASIL MAYO
• ¼ cup(s) mayonnaise
• 4 basil leaves - chopped
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon peel - grated
  • 2 slice(s) rye bread - or favorite bread
  • 1 portobello mushroom - washed, stem removed
