Portuguese Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ cups cornmeal
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
