Portuguese Fava Bean Stew
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 large onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chile paste
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
