Ingredients

  • 1 pound kale
  • 1 medium onion
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • piri-piri sauce or other hot sauce
  • ½ pound chouriço or linguiça (smoked Portuguese sausages) or kielbasa
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pound russet (baking) potatoes
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 6 cups water
