Potato and Parmesan Salad
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) fresh parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
- 3 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
- 2 pound(s) Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into fourths
- ¾ teaspoon(s) dried thyme
- fresh thyme sprigs and leaves for garnish
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice

- ½ cup(s) red onion, finely diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
