Potato and Pea Salad with Chive Aoli

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 ½ cups frozen green peas
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 6 tablespoons fresh chives
    • 3 pounds small red-skinned new potatoes

Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, about 25 minutes. Drain; cool. Cut potatoes into quarters. Transfer to large bowl; add vinegar and toss to coat.
