Potato Cheese Soup 18

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed (large)
  • 1 onion, chopped and diced
  • 4 cup(s) half and half
  • 2 tablespoon(s) margarine
  • 2 can(s) condensed cream of cheddar soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 cup(s) water

In a large stock pot add water, potatoes, onion, and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until potatoes and onion are tender.
