  • ½ teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/3 cup (1 1/2 ounces) finely crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
