Potato-Leek Gratin

Ingredients

• ¹/₈ teaspoon dried thyme
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 ½ cups milk
• 3 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• ¹/₈ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Italian cheese blend
