Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup(s) chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 0.25 cup(s) finely diced cornichons
  • 0.5 cup(s) Easy Hummus with Tahini or other hummus
  • 2 pound(s) Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 cup(s) finely diced celery
  • 0.75 cup(s) nonfat plain yogurt
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
