POTATO SALAD WITH WHITE WINE

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon(s) salad oil
  • 4 cup(s) cubed cooked potatoes
  • 3 hard boiled eggs chopped (optional)
  • salt to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) Paprika
  • 3 radishes thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic crushed (optional) (small clove)
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoon(s) minced parsley
    • 2 scallions finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon(s) onion finely chopped
    • ½ teaspoon(s) dried dill weed or 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill
    • ¼ cup(s) sautérne or other white table wine
    • 2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
    • ¼ cup(s) mayonaisse

Combine the potatoes with the oil, vinegar, dill, onion and garlic. Cover the bowl and let it marinade in your refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Add all other ingredients and mix lightly but thoroughly. Approximately 6 servings
