Ingredients

  • chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 shredded cheese (2 cup 8 ounce )
  • 3 cup(s) sliced raw potatoes
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • ½ cup(s) chopped onions
  • ¾ cup(s) Milk
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 can(s) condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 ¾ ounce can)
    • 1 pound(s) sausage

Brown sausage; drain and set aside. Combine soup, onions, milk, salt, and pepper. In a greased 2 quart casserole, layer half the potatoes, half of the soup mix, and half of the sausage.
