POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 5
Ingredients
- chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 shredded cheese (2 cup 8 ounce )
- 3 cup(s) sliced raw potatoes
- ¼ teaspoon(s) pepper
- ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
- ½ cup(s) chopped onions
- ¾ cup(s) Milk
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1 can(s) condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 ¾ ounce can)
- 1 pound(s) sausage
Brown sausage; drain and set aside. Combine soup, onions, milk, salt, and pepper. In a greased 2 quart casserole, layer half the potatoes, half of the soup mix, and half of the sausage.
