Potato Soup 155
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 3 tablespoon(s) chopped onion
- 6 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
- 3 teaspoon(s) salt
- ¾ teaspoon(s) celery salt
- ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
- 2/3 cup(s) chopped carrots
- + 4 more ingredients

- 2/3 cup(s) chopped celery
- 3 cup(s) mashed potatoes
- 4 cup(s) milk
- 1/3 cup(s) cold water
Sauté the onion, carrots and celery in butter until softened. Add the salt, celery salt, pepper and mashed potatoes; stir in the milk. Heat through. Mix together the cornstarch with the cold water until the lumps are gone and add to the soup, simmer for about five minutes, stirring occasionally.
