  • 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced or cubed. (medium)

  • 6 tablespoon(s) flour

    • 1 onion, chopped

In a large kettle, cook potatoes, carrots and celery in water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid and setting vegtables aside. In same kettle, saut onion in butter until soft.
