POTATO SOUP 30
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 onion (medium)
- 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
- 6 piece(s) cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 pound(s) Velveeta Cheese
Peel, dice and cook potatoes with diced onion. Add soup and bacon. Continue cooking until potatoes are done; add Velveeta and simmer until cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper as desired.
