Potato Soup 66

Ingredients

• grated cheese
• 4 cup(s) milk
• ¾ cup(s) flour
• ½ cup(s) butter
• 1 onion, chopped
• 4 cup(s) Potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 pound(s) Bacon

Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside. In pan with bacon grease cook onion until transparent. In large pot add potatoes, onion and enough water just to cover potatoes.
