Ingredients

  • 2 or more slices of bacon
  • 1 onion (medium)
  • ¾ cup(s) sliced carrots
  • 2 cup(s) boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 ½ cup(s) cubed potatoes
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¾ teaspoon(s) parsley
    • 3 tablespoon(s) flour
    • 3 cup(s) milk

Fry bacon until crisp in a 2 qt. pan. Remove from heat and drain. Add onions and sauté until limp, do not brown. Add potatoes, carrots, boiling water and salt.
