Potato Soup 76
- 2 cup(s) ham, diced
- 10 potatoes, peeled and diced (medium)
- 2 can(s) cream of celery soup
- 1 package(s) sour cream (16 ounce pkg)
- ½ pound(s) Velveeta cheese cubed
- 1 onion, diced
Cook potatoes and onion until tender, do not drain. Add soup, cheese, ham and sour cream. Stir until cheese melts. Serve with crackers or corn bread.
