  • Eight ¾-cup ramekins
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 11 large eggs
  • 1 bottle dry Riesling
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 4 cups black seedless grapes or red seedless grapes
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 ¼ cups heavy cream
    • 10 tablespoons sugar
