Pottsfield Pickles
Ingredients
- 2 quart(s) green tomatoes
- 1 bunch(s) celery
- ¼ teaspoon(s) cloves
- 1 ½ quart(s) ripe tomatoes
- 3 green peppers
- 1 quart(s) chopped onion
- ½ cup(s) salt
- + 5 more ingredients

- 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon(s) allspice
- 3 cup(s) sugar
- 1 quart(s) Vinegar
- 1 ½ quart(s) cabbage
Chop and combine tomatoes, cabbage, celery, peppers and onions. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand over night. Drain. Add cinnamon, allspice, cloves, sugar and vinegar. Boil for 30 minutes. Bottle hot.
