Prepared Horseradish

Ingredients

• ¼ cup sugar
• ²/₃ cup vinegar
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 cup grated fresh horseradish
• 1 teaspoon salt

Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, and olive oil in a small saucepan, stirring well; cook over low heat until slightly heated.
