  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • Two loaves ciabatta or Italian bread
  • 16 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¾ pound sliced Genoa salami

In a small bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Halve each loaf, starting at one side, but don't cut through second side.
