PRESSURE COOKER BAKED BEANS

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. molasses
  • 3 tbsp. catsup
  • 2 c. water
  • ½ tsp. mustard
  • 1-½ tsp. salt
  • ½ c. chopped onions
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1/3 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
    • 1 lb. navy beans

Wash beans. Soak overnight in water to cover. Rinse and drain. Sauté bacon in 4 quart pressure cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Close cover securely.Cook beans at 15 pounds pressure for 50 minutes. Let pressure drop of own accord. Makes about 6 servings.
