Pretzel Wreaths Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package (¼ ounces) active dry yeast
  • 1-½ cups warm water (110° to 115°)
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • Coarse salt or colored sugar

1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Add 2 cups flour, sugar and salt. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. 2.
