Prickly Pear Jelly
Ingredients
- 4 cup(s) prickly pear juice
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- ½ cup(s) lemon Juice
- 1 package(s) Sure Jell
- 6 cup(s) sugar
Follow Sure Jell recipe, but after starting to boil, boil 3-5 minutes. You may want to add coloring. Pour up and seal.
