Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) white sugar
• 1 cup(s) shortening (½ butter)
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup(s) Coconut
• 2 cup(s) quick oatmeal
• 1 cup(s) Rice Krispies
• 2 cup(s) flour

• • 1 teaspoon(s) soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 cup(s) Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 cup(s) nuts, chopped

Beat eggs in bowl. Add sugar, softened shortening and mix well. Add coconut, nutmeats,vanilla and mix. Mix flour, soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to first mixture.
