Pronto-Stuffed Pasta Shells
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 cups chopped cooked Herb-Roasted Chickens
- 2 (10-oz.) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 (16-oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
