Prosciutto, Mango, and Parmesan Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 4 cups coarsely chopped peeled mango (about 4 mangoes)
  • ¼ to 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto, coarsely chopped

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently.
