Prune Filled Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
• ¼ cup(s) prune juice
• ½ cup(s) sugar
• 1 cup(s) cooked prunes
• ½ cup(s) prune juice
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• ½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon
• + 5 more ingredients
• • ½ teaspoon(s) soda
  • 3 ½ cup(s) flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup(s) shortening
  • 1 cup(s) Brown Sugar

Combine brown sugar, shortening, egg, flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and 1/2 cup prune juice. Cook together cooked prunes, sugar and 1/4 cup prune juice. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
