  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or ½ teaspoon dried thyme

  • Finely ground sea salt, preferably gray salt
  • Finely ground black pepper
  • 1 (17.3-ounce) box puff pastry (recommended: Pepperidge Farm)
