Puff Pastry "Pretzels"

Ingredients
- ½ (17.3 oz.) box frozen puff pastry (1 sheet), thawed
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- Mustard, for dipping
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pastry on a sheet of wax paper; sprinkle evenly with 1/3 cup Parmesan; top with another sheet of wax paper.
