Pulled Golden Molasses Taffy
- 1-½ Tbs. unsalted butter; more for the slab or pan, the pot, and your hands
- 2 cups cane syrup or light (grade A) molasses
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. table salt
