Pumpkin Apple Cinnamon Pecan Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 2 cup(s) canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt

    • ¾ cup(s) chopped apples
    • 1 package(s) cinnamon chips (10 ounce pkg)
    • 1 ½ cup(s) pecans, chopped

Sift dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in cinnamon chips, apples, raisins and nuts to this mixture.
