Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 6 tablespoon(s) margarine, softened
- 3 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
- FROSTING:
- ¾ cup(s) oil
- 1 can(s) pumpkin

- 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 2 cup(s) sugar
- 2 cup(s) flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon(s) pumpkin spice
Mix all cake ingredients together. Put in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. For frosting, mix cream cheese, margarine, milk and vanilla together. Add enough powdered sugar to desired consistency. Frost cooled cake.
