Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) flour
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 2 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 cup(s) pumpkin (solid pack)
- 2 cup(s) sugar
- + 2 more ingredients

- 1 cup(s) oil
- 4 eggs
Blend all ingredients for about 1 minute. Pour into greased cookie sheet with edges. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes. (I use Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Icing).
