Pumpkin Bars 45

Ingredients

• 2 cup(s) pumpkin
• 1 teaspoon(s) milk
• 6 tablespoon(s) margarine
• 2 cup(s) powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 3 ounce(s) cream cheese
• Sugary Frosting

  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 2 cup(s) flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) oil

Mix well the pumpkin, oil, sugar and eggs. Sift together the flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture. May add one cup raisins and nuts if you desire.
