Pumpkin Bars 7

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup(s) salad oil
• 2 cup(s) sugar
• 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon(s) soda
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 2 cup(s) flour
• + 9 more ingredients
• • 1 cup(s) chopped nuts (optional)
  • CREAM CHEESE ICING
  • 1 cream cheese, room temp (3 ounce )
  • 6 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 3 cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 1 can(s) pumpkin (16 ounce can)
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon(s) milk

Combine eggs, salad oil and sugar; beat until smooth. Add pumpkin. Sift remaining ingredients and add to mixture. Pour onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 - 25 minutes. Frost with cream cheese icing. Icing: Beat until smooth. Makes a lot. Spread on thick and enjoy!
