Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
• 3 cup(s) sugar
• 1 cup(s) oil
• 4 eggs (add all at once)
• ²/₃ cup(s) water
• 2 cup(s) pumpkin
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 3 ¹/₃ cup(s) flour
  • 2 teaspoon(s) soda

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Bake in loaf pans for 1 hour or longer until toothpick comes out clean. Make 3 small loaves or 2 large loaves.
