Ingredients

• 3 ¹/₃ cup(s) flour
• ²/₃ cup(s) chopped nuts
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
• 2 cup(s) pumpkin
• ½ teaspoon(s) cloves
• ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
• ½ teaspoon(s) allspice
• + 7 more ingredients
• • 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • ²/₃ cup(s) shortening
  • ²/₃ cup(s) boiling water
  • ²/₃ cup(s) raisins
  • 2 ²/₃ cup(s) sugar

Combine the raisins and boiling water and let stand until cool. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 350° 1 hour 20 minutes. Servings: 2 loaves
