Ingredients

• 5 cup(s) all-purpose flour
• 4 cup(s) sugar
• 4 teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 tablespoon(s) maple flavoring
• 3 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice
• 4 teaspoon(s) soda
• 3 slightly beaten eggs
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 1 cup(s) cooking oil
  • 1 can(s) pumpkin (3 cups cooked pumpkin) (large can)
  • 1 cup(s) chopped walnuts

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl; add eggs, oil, pumpkin and flavoring. Mix well; add nuts. Divide into 3 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 325° about 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cool on racks.
