Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) Pecans
• 4 eggs
• 3 cup(s) sugar
• 1 cup(s) oil
• ¹/₃ cup(s) water
• 2 cup(s) pumpkin
• ½ cup(s) sifted flour

• • 1 teaspoon(s) soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • ½ cup(s) raisins

Beat eggs gently with sugar. Add oil, water, and pumpkin. Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder and spices. Last, add raisins and nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350° in three greased loaf pans or 1 hour and 15 minutes in tube pan.
