Pumpkin Bread 98

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) pumpkin
  • 3 ½ cup(s) flour
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
  • 1 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 cup(s) sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 2/3 cup(s) water

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix pumpkin, water, oil and eggs together. Pour into dry mixture and mix well. Pour mixture into 2 ungreased 9X5X3 inch loaf pans. Bake in 350° oven (preheated) for one hour and 15 minutes. Or until toothpick test comes out clean. Cool before removing from pans.
