Pumpkin Bread Pudding (Low Fat)

  • 1 cupegg substitute
  • 2 ¼ cupsskim milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) canpumpkin
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoonscinnamon
  • 1 ¼ teaspoonspumpkin pie spice
