Pumpkin Bread Puddings

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
