Pumpkin Butter 2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) pumpkin (16 ounce can)
  • ¾ cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup(s) honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon

In medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients & mix well. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Put into hot sterile jars & seal. Yields 2 - 1/2 pts.
