Pumpkin Butter 3


  • ¼ cup(s) molasses
  • 1 can(s) pumpkin, not pie mix (15 ounce can)
  • ½ cup(s) honey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until thickened. Refrigerate until cool before serving. Serve on toast, begels, or english muffins.
