Ingredients

  • 2 ½ c all-purpose flour
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 2 t ground cinnamon
  • 1 t ground nutmeg
  • 1 (16-ounce) can solid-pack pumpkin
  • 2 large eggs

    • 1 ½ c light brown sugar
    • 1/3 c canola oil
