Pumpkin-Butterscotch Cake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup butterscotch morsels
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (16-ounce) can solid-pack pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
